Mireille Pierre-Charles Obituary

Mireille (Lumene Osiclair) Pierre-Charles (affectionately called Memen) was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she relocated to the United States in 1973. She worked for several years for the NYC Traffic Division as a Traffic Enforcement Agent, until her retirement. Elie, her brothers Sauveur Osiclair, Jacky Osiclair, Addy Osiclair, Jacques Osiclair, Roosevelt Osiclair, Allen Osiclair, Pierre Osiclair, her sisters Michele Osiclair and Alice Osiclair, her ‘adopted’ sons Frederic and Marvin Buteau, her cousins, Bertholet Desir and his wife Aimee Desir, Marie-Denise Desir, Yva Desir, Jocelyn Desir, Yvette Paul, as well as several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
