Denise “Den” Dorsaint

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Denise “Den” Dorsaint, a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. Denise departed this world on February 7, 2024. She was 92 years old.

Born in Haiti on September 9, 1931 to Nina and Eugene Guercy, Denise lived a life filled with faith, integrity and unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of many through her kindness and generosity. Denise faced challenges and adversities with quiet dignity, grace and courage.

Denise had steadfast faith throughout her journey, trusting God’s plan for her life.Denise approached her illness with courage and determination, never losing hope in the promise of healing.

Denise didn’t go down without a fight. She demonstrated remarkable strength and perseverance, inspiring all who knew her to embrace each day with hope and resilience.

Denise found joy in the simple pleasures of life, and her presence illuminated the lives of those around her.

Denise leaves behind a legacy of love and inspiration that will come to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Denise’s legacy lives on through her daughter Dominique, son-in-law Randy, granddaughters Anjelica and Ashley, grandson Brandon as well as countless friends and extended family members who were touched by her kindness and grace. Her memory will forever be cherished and she will be deeply missed.
