Obituary
Calvin Egbert Ault was the fourth of seven siblings for the late Claude E. Ault and the late Hyacinth Ault. He is survived by his remaining siblings; Cedric E. Ault, Colin E. Ault, and Cheryl E. Mitchell. Siblings Clarence E. Ault, Claudette E. Layne (aka Pinky), and Colbert E. Ault are deceased. The late Calvin E. Ault attended St.Cyrils Anglican Primary School in Georgetown,Guyana, and later went to Trade School to study Woodworking. His first job was at Guyana Chronicle Newspaper, and afterwards decided to join the Guyana Defense Force.
Calvin migrated to USA in 1970 to join his wife Janet Prince. They were blessed with two daughters, Michelle Ault, and Stacey Ault, and one granddaughter, Brooke Ault. He will truly be missed by his sisters-in-law, Shirley Ault, Claudia Ault, and Wanda Ault. Also brother-in-law Clifton Mitchell. Also nephews Lawrence Ault, Leyland Ault, Lancelot Ault, Lionel Ault, Lester Ault, Winston Layne, Christopher Layne, Gary Ault, Selwyn Ault, Lerone Ault, Cliffone Ault, Talbot Ault, Brandon Mitchell, and Neil Vaughn. Nieces Kim Evans, Karen Ault, Colette Ault, Andrea Ault Brutus, Lynette Layne, and Roshone Ault Lee, and many great nephews, nieces, and cousins. Calvin was a man of many talents, comedic, knew many dance moves, you name it and he had foot work to do it. He sang at weddings, and also an aspiring playwright. He was still writing movie scripts, and plays until his passing. He also worked as a Nurse’s Assistant at Sheepshead Bay Nursing Home in Brooklyn until retirement. He was a great brother, father, and uncle. He loved life and will be missed.
