Eddy Andrieux

Eddy Andrieux, 73, of Valley Stream, New York passed away on August 5, 2019. 

Eddy is survived by his wife  of 44 years, Gracita, daughter, Melissa, sons, Reginald and Erik, sisters, Gladys (Sanmillan) and Marie Rose (Gillespie), and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. 

Eddy loved listening to Haitian music while cruising in his new car. He enjoyed watching television, but was especially fond of going out for his morning bagel and coffee. However, his greatest joy came from escorting his lovely wife to the neighborhood diner for date night. Eddy was a decorated U.S. Army veteran, an accountant and a New York City cab driver who knew the streets like the back of his hand. 

He was a funny, helpful, caring, and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and loyal friend to those who were lucky enough to know him, and he will be greatly missed.
